Privacy Policy

• Account information: name, work email, phone number, login and verification details, organization, role, plan, and credit usage.
• Content and project information: prompts, briefs, brands, images, video, audio, documents, working files, generated output, and project metadata.
• Usage and device information: feature activity, timestamps, browser and device details, IP address, logs, error information, and security events.
• Payment information: transaction and billing details supplied by our payment provider. We do not store complete payment-card numbers.
• Support information: messages, attachments, and other details you provide when requesting help.

We use information to authenticate users; provide workspaces and creative tools; process, generate, edit, save, and deliver content; administer plans and credits; secure and troubleshoot the service; provide support; comply with law; and improve performance and product experience.

We use service providers for cloud hosting and storage, databases, AI and media processing, authentication and email, analytics and monitoring, payments, and support. They may process information only as needed to provide their services, under their contracts and applicable privacy obligations.

If you connect, publish to, or open a third-party service, that service may process data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Image Ads includes an optional advanced Design Base editor powered by Photopea. When you open it, your browser loads an embedded page from photopea.com. Easy Create transfers the selected plate or working document into that browser frame so you can edit it. When you save, Easy Create receives the exported PNG and, where selected, the PSD working document and stores them with your project.

Photopea may receive technical connection information and may use cookies, advertising, or similar technologies in its frame under Photopea's privacy information. Do not open the advanced editor with content you are not authorized to share with that third-party application.

Easy Create uses cookies and browser storage for login sessions, workspace state, security, preferences, pending editor saves, and essential product functions. Embedded or connected third-party services may set their own cookies. Browser controls can restrict cookies, but blocking essential storage may prevent the service from working.

We may share information with your organization and its authorized administrators; with service providers; when you direct us to share or publish content; during a corporate transaction; or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce agreements, or protect rights, safety, and security. We do not sell your creative files as a data broker.

We retain account, project, working-file, billing, security, and acceptance records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Deleted content may remain in backups or recovery systems for a limited period before being overwritten.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including authenticated sessions and access controls. No internet service is completely secure. Avoid uploading highly sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and authorized for your work.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of personal data, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain uses. Use account settings or the support channel available in Easy Create to make a request. Your organization may need to handle requests concerning data it controls in its workspace.

Easy Create and its providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards are used for international transfers.

Easy Create is a business service and is not directed to children. Do not use it to submit children's personal data unless your organization has a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.

We may update this Policy. For material changes, we may show an in-product notice and ask you to acknowledge the revised Policy. The effective date identifies the current version. For privacy questions or rights requests, use the support channel supplied in Easy Create or contact your organization's Easy Create administrator.
