Terms of Use

Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, except where caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures. Tell your administrator or our support team promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may use Easy Create for lawful business and creative work. You must not use it to infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; create unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful material; distribute malware; bypass access controls; or disrupt the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed for everything you upload.

You retain your rights in content you upload and, as between you and Easy Create, in output generated for you to the extent permitted by applicable law. You give us a limited permission to host, copy, process, transform, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

AI output can be inaccurate, unsuitable, or similar to material created for others. You are responsible for reviewing output, claims, legal copy, brand compliance, and usage rights before publishing or spending media budget.

Some Easy Create features use third-party services. In Image Ads, the advanced Design Base editor may load Photopea in an embedded frame. When you choose that editor, creative files are transferred by your browser into the embedded Photopea application for editing. Your use of Photopea is also subject to Photopea's terms and privacy information.

Third-party services are operated independently. We do not control their availability, interfaces, advertisements, or policy changes and are not responsible for failures caused by those services. Easy Create stores the files you choose to save back to your project.

Paid features, credits, limits, taxes, renewal terms, and refund rights are shown when you purchase or receive a plan. Credits have no cash value and may expire or be adjusted as described in the applicable plan or order.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, including integrations, to maintain security, comply with law, or improve the service. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, third parties, or comply with law, including for a material breach of these Terms. You may stop using Easy Create and request account closure through the available support channel.

Easy Create is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that generated output is unique, accurate, non-infringing, or suitable for a particular campaign. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential losses not reasonably foreseeable when these Terms were accepted.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled when you use Easy Create.

We may update these Terms. When a material update requires renewed agreement, Easy Create will show a notice and ask you to accept the new version before continuing. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
